Collection & Delivery
Local Delivery
We deliver to all adjoining postcodes from Monday to Friday and offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 12pm, subject to availability.
To place an order, call our shop on 0208 852 0470 and choose your favorites from our products range. A member of our team will then prepare the order in-store, and our delivery team will ensure it arrives fresh at your door.
Please note that during peak times, such as the Christmas and Easter periods, our cutoff times and delivery availability may change. Our minimum basket value for all deliveries is £40. Orders under £40 will incur an £8.50 delivery fee.
Collection
Store collections are available from our shop in Blackheath Village. For directions, please refer to our Contact Us page.
You can place orders over the phone and collect them at any time during our opening hours. Please note that our hours may vary during peak times and bank holidays, so be sure to check before coming to the shop. When collecting, please have your order number and the name under which the order was placed to hand.
Please be aware that goods not collected within two days of the original collection date will be disposed of and the order will be considered complete. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made for uncollected orders.
