All our native and rare breed beef is sourced from the finest wholesalers and carefully selected from reputable farms across the UK and Ireland. With a combination of rich grasslands and expert farming practices, we are committed to quality, choosing only the best carcasses available.
Every year we attend the annual carcass show in Scotland to meet with the top farmers in the region. This allows us to establish close connections with our suppliers and ensure that quality and animal welfare is at the heart of what they do. We sample products from the farmers we buy from to ensure they meet our high standards, and we pay a fair price for their meat to offer the highest quality in our shop.
All our prime cuts are aged for a minimum of 28 days in our on-site dry ager, guaranteeing the best possible taste.
Refer to our Steak section to see our dry-aged steak offerings.
All our production items are made in-house with a range of homemade marinades, fresh herbs and seasonings. Ask in store or call ahead for any allergen information.
Passionate about quality, we ensure all our meat carries either a ‘Free Range, Organic, Higher Welfare or Pasture for Life’ certification, guaranteeing that it comes from animals raised to the highest standards and conditions.
